LOS ANGELES 09/04/2025 — Today Skybound Entertainment and Image Comics, in partnership with Universal Products & Experiences, announced that Universal Monsters: The Invisible Man #1, the debut issue of a new four-issue limited comic book series from Eisner Award-winning writer James Tynion IV (Something Is Killing the Children, Exquisite Corpses), acclaimed artist DANI (The Low, Low Woods, Coffin Bound), colorist Brad Simpson (The Amazing Spider-Man), and letterer Becca Carey (Absolute Superman), has sold out at the distributor level and will return with a new printing.
The second printing features a chilling new cover by Maria Wolf & Mike Spicer and will be available at comic shops on October 1, 2025.
This breakout hit brings one of cinema’s most intriguing monsters back to life in a chilling new horror series. With nods to the original Universal Pictures film, this modern reimagining invites longtime fans of the movie and new fans alike into a haunting new chapter of horror history.
