PORTLAND, Ore. 09/18/2024 — Falling in Love on the Path to Hell by bestselling writer Gerry Duggan (Deadpool, X-Men) and Garry Brown (Babyteeth) will kick off an exciting new story arc with two very special Frank Miller variant covers. The next chapter in this epic fantasy romance will begin with Falling in Love on the Path to Hell #5 and hit shelves next month from Image Comics.

“Hearing that Frank Miller enjoyed the debut issue of Falling in Love on the Path to Hell sent me into orbit,” said Duggan. “Frank’s directly responsible for my brain marinating in samurai culture, Ronin is a timeless masterpiece and his indelible covers to the American reprints of Lone Wolf and Cub were my gateway into one of the best comics ever made. It’s not hyperbole to say our comic wouldn’t exist without the inspiration from Frank. Our entire team is delighted and grateful that Frank is sharing his talent on a guest cover for the start of our second arc. A true dream came true, and we’re so happy that Jock accommodated our request to color Frank. You’re getting two geniuses for the price of one.”

Falling in Love on the Path to Hell #5 will be available at comic book shops on Wednesday, October 16:

  • Cover A Garry Brown – Lunar Code 0824IM372
  • Cover B 1:10 copy incentive by Frank Miller & Jock – Lunar Code 0824IM373
  • Cover C 1:20 copy incentive by Frank Miller B&W – Lunar Code 0824IM374

Falling in Love on the Path to Hell will also be available across many digital platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.
