(Thousand Oaks, CA) – L.A.’s critically acclaimed BODYTRAFFIC returns to the Bank of America Performing Arts Center with three mesmerizing works that embody the contemporary dance company’s energy and sophistication on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8 PM.

BODYTRAFFIC, widely respected around the globe, has helped put LA’s vibrant and thriving dance scene on the map. The dance company bursts with “Invention, attitude and urban edge”(The Boston Globe) and “sheer animal magnetism” (San Francisco Weekly). Founded in 2007 by Lillian Rose Barbeito and Time Finkelman Berkett, BODYTRAFFIC has surged to the forefront of the concert dance word, recruiting great talent from around the globe to create world-class contemporary dance by distinctive choreographic voices. The company was named “the company of the future” by The New York Times, Dance Magazine’s 25 to Watch, and “Best of Culture” by the Los Angeles Times.

BODYTRAFFIC has performed across 30 states and 20 countries. The company proudly represented the U.S. on tours to Algeria, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, and South Korea. During its 10th anniversary season BODYTRAFFIC embarked on an extensive tour, including performances at the CONTEXT Diana Vishneva Festival and The Holland Dance Festival in The Hague. These experiences have deepened the company’s commitment to cross-cultural exchange, while refining its mission to foster creativity and cultural understanding across the globe.
