A few people on the Discord server mentioned being from Chicago or around it. Wanted to get the ball rolling on a semi-official GT Chicago meetup! Someone mentioned travelling here in October, could shoot for something then or meet sooner.
So who all is from Chicagoland?
It started because I (very casually) mentioned I was gonna be @ Chicago from October 4th-7th for the Annual APA (Psychiatric) Institute on Psychiatric Services meeting @ the Palmer House Hilton. And I’m itching to meet fellow GT people in Chicago.
I’m not in Chicagoland area, but I am in central IL. I think a meet up could be useful and fun.
I think a Chicago meet up would be amazing, I’m relatively new to the community so it would be lovely to meet some of you in person.
